Pelvis/Hip Case 1 Additional Images

This is another example of avascular necrosis in a patient who was complaining of months of hip pain worsening over the week prior to presentation. The patient had previously undergone a total hip replacement due to AVN of the left hip!

This image of stage 2 AVN has a mixed picture of osteopenia and sclerosis with subchondral cystic changes.
