Answer: Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease

There is asymmetry in the sizes of the epiphyses of the femoral heads. The smaller epiphysis with radiolucency and cortical irregularity on the left (red arrow) suggests avascular necrosis of the femoral head, or Legg-Calve-Perthes (LCP) Disease.
