Wrist Case 8 Diagnosis

As with all distal radius fractures, three views of the wrist are required for diagnosis, the AP, lateral and oblique. Close examination of the carpal bones and theirarticulation with the radius is important. Look for associated schapho-lunate, perilunate, and lunate dislocation.
