Answer: Barton Fracture

A displaced transverse fracture of the distal radial styloid process with 4 mm of ulnar displacement and 8 mm of anterior displacement of the styloid fracture fragment. There is extension of the fracture into the radiocarpal joint with subluxation of the carpal bones in relation to the radius.
