Answer: Vertebral osteomyelitis or diskitis

Loss of vertebral body height of C3 and C4 with anterior wedging of C3 and retropulsion into the region of the spinal canal. Prevertebral soft tissues are slightly widened. The C3-4 intervertebral disc space is completely destroyed. These findings are suggestive of diskitis and osteomyelitis
