Pediatrics Case 10 Answer

Answer: Supracondylar fracture

The capitellum is posteriorly displaced relative to the anterior humeral line (dotted red line), confirming a displaced supracondylar fracture. The presence of the “anterior sail sign” (white arrow) and a visible posterior fat pad (red arrow) confirm elbow effusion to go along with the fracture.
